✦PREORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
UNDER ANY REASON✦

!Refund request must be before preorder periods ends, otherwise won't be issued!

- We are not responsible for misspell or incomplete addresses, names, failed deliveries, etc. If your order returns, you must have to pay the shipping again.

- It is the buyer's responsability cover all the customs fees and taxes settle by their country regulations that may inccur.

- Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. There could been exceptions like in high-demand periods when customers got the wrong/extra or incomplete items by mistake. We can cover the replacement without extra cost (this shop is constantly handled by just one person so errors may occur)

- WE DON'T DO REFUNDS.
Only partial refunds are offered with broken/mishandled
orders by transit and must present solid proof that this was the cause. Refund is proportional at the damage on the package and is treated on a case-by-case basis. Please note this is a small business and we could be limited.  

-We will try our best to help in locating your order and contact the courier with lost packages but we cannot be responsible for any postage delays or losses in transit.

- Its possible that the shipping amount won't be added in refund request (depends entirely on the postal service and it's out of our control)

-Prices are subject to change at any time. Some products could be discounted to clear inventory. On convention prices won't be similar from online. 

Understand that everything listed up is to protect us from lost of profit, avoid order delays and repetitive packages being lost.
